Adult Day Care

Blessed Faith Care LLC is a family-owned Adult Day Services provider founded by Thomas and Janice Williams, who bring over 9 years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. Our newly renovated center is located at 1667 E. 40th Street, Unit 1G (Inside the Loftworks Building), Cleveland, Ohio 44103.

We offer a safe, welcoming environment where individuals can build independence, confidence, and meaningful community connections through two program options:

Community Integration Program

Participants spend their day actively engaged in the community through volunteer opportunities, educational experiences, local outings, and hands-on activities that promote social skills, independence, and personal growth.

Life Skills Training Program

Participants develop essential daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, organization, communication, and teamwork. This program also includes opportunities to participate in our exciting podcast and YouTube cooking channel.

Non-Medical Transportation (NMT)

We provide reliable transportation to and from our program and community-based activities, helping individuals stay connected and engaged.

Personal Care

Blessed Faith Care offers both NMT and HPC transportation. We are dependable and reliable, ensuring safe and timely transportation services for all your needs.

Transportation

With both the Owner and Director coming from independent provider backgrounds, Blessed Faith Care specializes in training our staff to deliver the highest level of compassionate, reliable care for your individual. Our Homemaker Care Services support daily living by assisting with light housekeeping, meal preparation, personal organization, and maintaining a safe, comfortable home environment. We are committed to promoting dignity, independence, and peace of mind for both individuals and their families.
